PRN / Part-Time Speech Therapists Needed!
Dallas Reading and Language Services is currently accepting resumes for PRN / Part-TimeSpeech-Language Pathologists for their private practice pediatric clinic.
We offer to the right candidates:
- Office-Based Speech Therapy Practice (Open Monday-Friday 11-7 and Saturday 10-6)
- Competitive Pay 2 options: 1) pay per completed visit and 2) pay per hour
Candidates must have a Master’s Degree related to Communication Disorders and be eligible to receive an SLP license in Texas, if not already licensed. Bilingual a plus.
We need licensed PRN / Part-Time Speech-Language Therapists to treat clients, conduct Hearing & Speech-Language Screenings, Speech-Language and Reading Evaluations and someone eager to be trained to provide speech therapy in the context of language literacy.
We have very high expectations of ourselves and our students. Ongoing training will be provided for these candidates to provide excellent speech-language therapy services.
Speech-Language Therapy is just the beginning at Dallas Reading and Language Services!
We provide Comprehensive Evaluations for Speech-Language and Reading, with a detailed report that includes specific therapy goals, and a parent consultation to explain it all. Our therapy is tailored to each child’s needs, while taking advantage of their strengths and interests.
Whether the child is 3 or 18, therapy is structured to make a huge difference in his or her life, at home and at school. Reading programs are integrated into student’s therapy as appropriate, for decoding, comprehension and spelling.
Dallas Reading and Language Services is a private practice environment serving children from pre-school through high school. The ongoing collaboration in our clinic environment will ensure that we maintain quality therapy and reading services.
You will never be alone in helping a client.
We are all here to ensure their success in therapy and your success in our profession. Our therapy sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length, and most students attend twice weekly. We expect students to progress quickly, therapy goals are updated each month in our monthly reports.
Strong communication skills are required, as the PRN / Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologists will also need to maintain contact with parents and teachers.
